Nothing to much trouble for dreams staff

I was assisted by Mike. He was a very pleasant and helpful young man.

The Store Manager Michelle was very attentive to us. Offering us coffee while we were looking in the store. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. It showed that customer service was important to Michelle. Very nice helpful Lady.

It was a very cold snowy day, although we only came in for some bedding both Liz and Michelle were very friendly and chatty. We were even offered a hot drink to warm up!

I was quickly shown what I wanted . This being a small double bed, there was inevitably a limited choice, but quite adequate. Michelle was very helpful without imposing any pressure.

Very friendly staff I was even offered a beverage .i didn't even take long with the purchase Rachel was quick serving me.

The sales chap was very good, helpful, professional & kind he helped me choose the the right mattress for me & gave me time to make my mind up without being rushed

We received excellent service from Michael. We only purchased some pillows and duvet on this visit but will be back to buy a bed very soon

Lauren was very helpful and explained the product with great knowledge
