Efficient and friendly staff who waited whilst I was upstairs looking at furniture not knowing they had finished work. Also very helpful by letting me know the product I wanted would be reduced in a couple of days. This was very kind and saved me good money. Very pleased with service and would definitely return.

I was unsure as to when I would be around for the delivery but asked for an afternoon slot and was goodwilled the slot along with the assembly of the bed frame as I didn’t have anyone to help me build it and was under a tight budget

when we arrived we were greeted by a number of assistants, and greatly satisfied we were left alone to browse, we made eye contact with Liz, who offered us a beverage and began to answer our questions, which we fired at her in reference to a tempur mattress. we left the shop with a confirmed order and delivery date along with a validation code 187

I was particularly satisfied with the assistance given to me by Michael who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very patient. He was discreet when I needed time to think but was always aware when I needed to ask any questions, I didn’t need to go looking for him. The service he provided was one of the best I have encountered. This was either down to his training or his expertise and personality or maybe a mixture of both. I would certainly recommend friends to visit your store in Stockport. My thanks to Michael for making my visit a very positive one.
