On my first visit Michelle was extremely helpful, listening to my requirements and recommending mattresses to try. There was no pressure to sell to me and I was encouraged to take my time to decide. My second visit, Michelle was not available, but I received very considerate attention from a gentleman whose name I do not know. I concluded the deal with him which he credited to Michelle. I am very pleased with the service I received

Lauren at Stockport explained the products then left us to try them. She made us a lovely mug of coffee too.

Excellent consultant extremely helpful but not pushy

Mike greeted us and asked if we would like a drink while we were looking. Told him what we were looking for and he showed us some beds that would be suitable to our needs and talked us through the various options. We were then left to try some out. He kept checking on us and answered our many questions. He had a good sense of humor and we had a few laughs. When we had decided he was very efficient taking our order and explaining what we needed to know.
