Lauren, who served us, was informative and helpful without being pushy and gave us the time to look around. There was plenty of choice on a clean and spacious shop floor. The staff were friendly towards our son. We were offered drinks and brochures. We food try a variety of mattresses and information of products was easily visible.

because the placing of the beds was such that they were easy to find. the assistant was helpful and knew what we were looking for

Knowledge of products was excellent. Staff allowed us time to look round the store without pestering us and didn't try to push us to make a purchase. Michael was friendly and courteous.

I was made to feel welcome by the member of staff Michelle and she also made me a cup of tea which was well needed at the time.She also ended up showing me and selling me just what i had gone in the shop to buy so all good.
