Liz met me as I walked in, made me a cup of tea and spent time asking me various questions to establish what I was looking for.

Very good customer service by Laurren and Michelle.

The staff did not harress us, just asked if we needed any help. Then when we needed them they came straight over and had great knowledge and understanding of our needs. We bought a bed and my husband is very tall so Michelle was very helpful telling us the measurements of each bed we liked. I then returned on my own to the branch in Stockport a couple of days later and she recognised me straight away. I was given a cold bottle of water as very warm outside and we then processed the order

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us space and time we needed to make our decision but was immediately available whenever we needed any help.

Store really well laid out . Lauren helped suggest different beds but was not pushy, she was knowledgeable . We felt welcome and we're offered drinks whilst we looked round . Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the store.
