Dreams - Stockport

Michelle was brilliant from the second we walked in, we felt very welcomed and were given the right information to help us decide the right bed and mattress.

Lauren who worked at the Dreams store in stockport was very helpful and friendly. Even though we came during closing time, she was patient and helped us with our purchase even though the store was meant to close at 7pm.

From entering the store,staff were friendly and helpful,did not loiter ,let me select mattress of choice in my own time,with information about the product when needed.

The staff member who dealt with me was extremely friendly and patient, she gave me pliantly of time to consider my options and did not hassle me whilst I had time to explore the rest of the store.

The sales assistant who dealt with me was very helpful, she talked me through options that were available & even offered me a bottle of water as it was a very hot day :) She was a pleasure to deal with, not too formal & with a friendly approach.

There was an offer on which meant the bed was affordable. The lady who served us was lovely and very helpful

we returned to the store second time as we received the best services from Adam in our fist visit 2 years ago. this time when we visited,store was very clean, we were greeted by Lauren as soon as we walked in. our needs were looked after and she helped us out from start to finish. i must say she is an asset to company and her customer service skills were outstanding.

Mike gave us excellent knowledgeable service
