Dreams - Stockport

Lauren, the Dreams Colleague who served us, was not pushy. She directed us to the relevant area of the store and when we were ready to order she was ready to help. She made us a very nice cup of tea. She gave us time to work out the best day for delivery and explained the optional insurance and the mattress recycling service.

Couldn't want for anything more. Assistant was perfect. Asked if would like drinks as it was a warm day and had my 3 year old grandson with me. They interacted well with him when he was asking them allsorts of questions. Very good service

The contact Dreams have given has been really useful and meant the delivery could be a smooth transition. The lady at the shop - Liz in Stockport - was very friendly and helpful.

The member of staff (Mike) was very helpful, approachable and instinctively knew when to leave us to do our own choosing of a bed. You should make hime a Manager!
