Dreams - Stockport

Laura the lady in the store was most helpful and very pleasant and knowledgeable on the mattresses. I was the only customer in the store on my visit in Stockport so the customer service I got was excellent. Laura gave me a bottle of water she could sense I was very thirsty.

Dealt with Mike (Sunday 01/07/18) / Lauren and Michelle (Tuesday 03/07/18). Mike professionally helped us to choose the correct 'Tempur' mattress and was friendly and knowledgeable. Lauren assisted us with an additional purchase of an inexpensive single memory foam mattress and 'Tempur' pillow. Lauren, along with Michelle - very friendly - processed our transaction, which we paid in full - cash/debit card. Beverages were offered / provided too. Superb service!

The assistant, Michelle, was extremely helpful. We had no idea what we were looking for and she helped us and then went over everything again - even though there were other customers in the shop and she was the only assistant she really took her time

Lauren was excellent and spent the time with us, we must have tried every variation of tempur products, so thank you. Michelle the manager was also excellent and we came to Dreams because he also had excellent service when he bought his mattress, so thank you!

The service from staff was excellent my husband cane two days before to view what was in store and we both went back two days later to purchase a bed and mattress we are both disabled the staff were very helpful,we were offer a drink and they gave us time to wander round the store alone I would highly recommend your service. Thank you to both Lauren and Michelle at your Stockport Branch.

Was welcomed into the store by a lovely sales assistant, who guided us to the specific products we were after (children's beds). Was very knowledgeable about the products & also offered us bottles of water to myself & my child which was grateful received during to the extreme heat. I was happy with my purchases it was quick & simple, had great banter with sales staff it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Michelle who dealt with us was really friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable about the products on offer. She offered to find pillows to suit our taste, offered us a drink on arrival and couldn’t have been more chatty and lovely.

Michelle was very helpful. As soon as we walked in she great us and meet us , offering tea or caffe. She asked question and straightaway she new what we wanted. It was not easy for Michelle as me and my husband wanted some different, but she found a way to put it together. We have had good laugh and good service we did not expect that !!! Thank you Michelle

Excellent customer service from store manager - available for assistance and to answer questions with out being full on salesy, which is a sure way to make me leave a shop. Very friendly and approachable.
