Dreams - Stockport

The lady was very helpful and kind. I had seen a bed I liked but went to other stores to see if they had one I preferred but the dreams one was so unusual and pretty I decided to choose it.

In and out within 15 minutes and bought 2 new mattresses

excellent service.

The assistant helped us on several occasions (though we did arrive at 10am, so not many customers there) She listened to our needs and recommended the mattresses in the shop we should try. On the second occasion she helped us narrow down our search and the third time she explained the spring system in the mattress. Each time the explanation was easy to understand and not patronising. She was helpful but wasn't pushy and gave us the time we needed to make our decision.

Lauren acknowledged us as we entered the store and asked whether we required help. At that stage we were happy to browse and so she left us to it. However, we realised quickly we did want some advice on the large range of beds, mattresses and bedheads available. Lauren was more than happy to explain the different beds etc and was very knowledgeable. Although there when we needed her she didn't at anytime apply any pressure. In fact she was very patient as we waivered towards one mattress and then another! Once we had made our choice she processed the order quickly and efficiently. As it was a hot day she even offered us a drink which as it happened we declined but it was a nice touch. We are now looking forward to the delivery of our bed, mattress and bedhead. We hope the rest of the service from Dreams is as good as that offered to us at the Stockport store.

Your representative was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products I required. Order was placed and the delivery dates I need were booked with no problems at all. I would definitely use Dreams again in the future.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was buying a bed for my son and he was able to get exactly what he wanted, orthopaedic mattress, divan base and headboard all in the colour he wanted to match his bedroom. The staff allowed him to try as many mattresses as he wanted until he was satisfied he had the right mattress. I was also able to purchase a mattress protector and a quilt which saved me a trip to another store. Overall I think the service we had was brilliant, many thanks.
