Very friendly and helpful staff.

From walking in the store the sales assistant was very charming and helpful. She was understanding in our needs and guided us to the bed we eventually purchased.

Staff especially the Manager Michelle were all really welcoming and struck the right balance between being available for help and allowing us to take our time trying out different beds. Lovely team!

Sales person took time understand our individual circumstance. Was very sympathetic. And allowed us enough time to try out a wide variety of beds

Liz helped me with a bed purchase a while back, I returned today to look for suitable sheets and was very pleased that she rememberd me and was able to advise accordingly.

Me and my mum visited a week before buying the bed and mattress and we new what we wanted. As we came back we had staff asking us if we needed help or a cup of tea while we looked around, one staff member (Michelle) remembered us on the first visit and came to us as soon as she was free and new what we wanted from last time. We had time to try the mattresses out before we made sure and then talked us through prices and options.

I had previously visited the Warrington branch of Dreams so had tried all of the various mattresses. ( I visited there on my way to another town, but Stockport is closer to home) However, Liz the sales assistant, gave me lots of information which helped me make up my mind which mattress to choose, such as try turning over on the bed and lie on it for a short period. Put a different type of pillow under your head and you do have 40 days to try the mattress and if it's not right you can change it! I also bought an ottoman base and I was able to try both the side and foot of bed opener. To my surprise I could lift the side opener easiest so chose that one and it was a bit cheaper.

Liz the lady who assisted us was very helpful, had full knowledge of the product but didnt try to push us into a purchase. she is a great asset to your business.
