Michelle, who was assisting us, was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. We felt that we had time to consider options and we were given relevant information without any attempts of 'hard sell'. We felt listened to and the options offered were relevant to our needs.

We were buying a bed for the first time so didn't really know what we were looking for but the store assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful but also gave us time to wander round and talk without bothering us

My friend told me a bout this headboard,as she had just been in the Stockport store after purchasing a bed mattress and headboard,and was so excited I went to look at the bed she had ordered,I saw this headboard and just fell in love with it,Annnnnnnnnnnnnnd it was in the sale,so I bought it and was Delighted,with my purchase,I had just been messed around by another bed company when ordering a bed base,so was a bit apprehensive it may happen again,well it didn't the sales staff wher excellent professional and kind and the 2guys who delivered it at the times stated wher just great,attached it for me to my bed,and joined me in being excited as it look better than I imanged and couldn't be happier,with your company,so Thank yo,and will ALWAYS recommened you to all my friends,am so happy I called in the shop Well Pleased

mainly friendliness of staff. i had visited previous week to look at products but not to purchase. i returned, asked a few questions of a young man who was doing other tasks but he was very well informed and dropped what he was doing to answer me. he then passed me to i think lorraine? a senior person who answered some other queries and took my order. both very helpful and pleasent to deal with
