Staff were apologetic for the delays and always offered us a drink whilst we were waiting.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed with the help I received which was very informative, without being too overbearing. I had my daughter with me who was reluctant to change her mattress for various reasons, the assistant astutely spotted this and was able to explain why it was better to change in a relaxed manner and put my daughter's mind at ease which made the shopping experience better for me. I was delighted to find the delivery was quick as I needed the beds for relatives coming to stay and the whole process was simple whilst informed. The shopping experience was painless and I got exactly what I came for when I needed it, which was brilliant and good use of my limited time.

We were kept informed of delivery from the very first, sales conversation, which was with a very knowledgeable and well mannered lady at the store. On the delivery day we had three texts and a 'phone call to keep us updated with progress..and the mattresses arrived 20 minutes before expected which was a bonus! The delivery guys were amazing too, very chatty and carefull, with a very "can do" cheery nature. Brilliant from start to finish!

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Very patient while we tried lots and lots of beds. Even provided pillows for us to try (which we also purchased!).

Micelle the assistant was knowledgeable and listened and understood what we were looking for and directed us to an item online that wasn’t on show in the store

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the beds I looked at and I was impressed by the layout and all the options available. I would definitely return to Dreams for my next bed as I know I would get quality, choice and excellent customer service.
