I found Lauren and her other colleagues to be extremly kind and helpful. Lauren was very knowledgable and helped me to identify the products which would best suit my needs. she was not intrusive or pushy with her support. thank you

Went into store i felt welcome and was welcomed by Michelle i asked a few questions which she answered for me she took me through things about the beds she made my mum a cup of coffee which was really kind of her it was a pleasant experience and when I decided which one I was having Michelle went through everything with me very satisfied so far

I was satisfied because myself and my wife find it hard to find a mattress that suits both of us as I have problems with my back and the wife has problems with her side so we were pleased to find one that suits us both
