The lady who served me was Michelle, she was very polite. She offered me a drink before we got started and showed me a few different mattresses within my price range that were both comfortable and affordable, she gave me enough knowledge on these items to make an informed decision on the mattress I eventually ended up purchasing. I was able to try both mattresses out and she even changed the pillow for me so that I could try it comfortably. Overall great quality service that just meant my money was in good hands with a purchase from your company and I cannot thank you enough.
