Dreams - Stockport

There was excellent parking available close to the store which is important as my wife is disabled. There was an excellent display of beds and mattresses and we did not have to wait long before an assistant (Michelle) approached us and offered coffee and assistance. Michelle was very knowledgeable and listened with patience to our needs before giving excellent advice and coming up with a very good deal that we were delighted with. We are looking forward to the delivery and our new larger bed.

Michelle was the sales person she greeted us and was amazing from start to finish a massive credit to herself and to you company needs to be praised

The sales assistance who dealt with my purchase was really lovely and very helpful. I was going to go home and order my bed online through quidco but he told me he could match it in store, which was fantastic! I felt much better having him set up my purchase than I would have done online, particularly because it was such an expensive purchase and I wanted to be sure I got it right. He was very nice, very personable and had excellent customer service skills. I was even offered a brew by one of the other store assistants! Great in store experience at your stockport branch :)

Great customer service

this was our second visit to dreams store in stockport where both times we were greeted by customer advisors. We had our eye on a couple of different products however the advisor gave us the advantages of both the products which enabled us to make our final decision

Friendliness and knowledge of staff

This is the 2nd time I have purchased an item from Dreams and I have always received excellent service. And whilst looking around the staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable.
