No pressure, helpful staff

The customer care was excellent. Store setup makes it easy to try out mattresses and a good selection of beds, mattresses and other items. No oversell and staff ask about needs and give advice and allow customer to make choice. Everything explained about delivery etc. Paying deposit is a good idea

I can't fault this. The sales adviser was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, attentive, but not pushy in any way. There was a good range of beds to try, and we felt we could spend as long as we wished in trying to make our choice. The quality seems good, although the test will be how well we sleep!

I was serviced by Mike on my first visit- really friendly and helpful knew the products and deals really well and it was easy to process the order. I needed to amend the order and this was surprisingly even more simple. Mike helped again and in under 10 minutes it was all sorted. I am doing up my first house and with all the bits to do the best service by far has been from Mike- he just made it easy and knew what he was doing.

We entered the store at about 7pm, was greated by Michelle the store manager who was extremely lovely and welcomed us in. She the provided us with A* service helping us to choose the right mattress and bed frame to suit our needs and the taste off our home. Brews were offered whilst we was in store as we was the only people in with it being later in the day which were great as it was extremely cold outdoors. Michelle continued to help us with the purchase and to get the best value we could and also recommend to us to use the 0% finance that was available to us. Cannot fault Michelle at all, she was by far the best sales person we've ever had and would without a doubt call back to see her for future purchases.

The product knowledge of the assistant made my selection easy.

Happy with the service. Assisstant knowledgable and most importantly not pushy. We felt at ease to discuss our needs and not rushed. We purchased a mattress on our first visit to dreams having previously visited other bed stores in the area numerous times over a few weeks.

The store manager Michelle was lovely explained and took us through the whole process quickly but at a speed which me an my partner understood
