Dreams - Stockport

We visited twice on the same day, served by Lauren in the Stockport store. She was lovely and a credit to the store. When we return, it will be because of her assistance, manner and professionalism

We were first into this shop in the morning at 9 o’clock and were approached by a fantastic sales assistant who showed us the examples of the products I wanted to test (two doubles+ matrasses) and offered us tea or coffee which we gladly accepted. The sales assistant then gauged the perfect amount of assistance we needed, leaving us alone to make a decisions and being available when we had questions. She was an older woman (in case accolades are given out!). She knew the stock and was calm and helpful throughout.

Helpfulness of staff. Did not feel pressurised.

The sales lady, Liz, was really knowledgable and helpful and she made buying the bed so easy!

This was my second visit to Dreams in a short space of time, after a diasterious experience with Benson for Beds, who delivered me a damaged mattress. I decided to opt for a full refund on said mattress and return my business to Dreams, because of the positive experience I had when recently purchasing a tech bed from the Stockport branch. I was delighted to be looked after by the same worker, Mike, who helped me when purchasing my bed. Mike remembered me from my last visit and gave me a friendly welcome. Mike helped me to reach my decision on what mattress to purchase, using his knowledge of the available products in my price range. I'm, once again, really satisfied with purchasing experience with Dreams and would highly recommend to friends and family

Attention by staff good not over powering but there when needed

The person who assisted us was knowledgeable and helped us find the bed that suited our needs. The ordering process was quick and informative. They even offered us a drink while we browsed their products.

Michelle was exceptionally helpful she was caring and kind very helpful and patient as I took time with my mum to pick what was suitable for her needs and with English not being her first language Michelle was exceptionally understanding explaining how the bed worked giving advice about additional products eg additional insurance/ pillows at the end my mum said that Michelle had made her a very happy lady that evening and she couldn't stop talking about how helpfy and kind she was

Visited the store in Stockport to try a mattress which i had already viewed online. The staff, especially the store manager Michelle, were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed, with no feelings of 'pressure selling'. Bought the mattress that day with the 20% discount sale price. Was told that delivery would be a month later, which was a bit too long, but this was understandable due to the busy sales period. Overall very happy.

I went in to look for an orthopaedic mattress. the sales assistant girl was with us helping us explaining different types of mattresses. Which helped us to made decision easily.
