Dreams - Stockport

I first checked your web site looking for the items I was interested in. Being old fashioned I then went to your Stockport store to see the items. A lady came over ans asked if I would like any help. Having said yes, I showed her the items I was interested in. She took me round the store, and showed me the products. I went back to her desk and bought the items. I couldn't wish for better service. I walked out of the store poorer but very happy.

Good product knowledge and advice given throughout the visit, overall a good price based on the fact it was a sale item and wouldn't have been able to afford it at full price

The assistant was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient as the mattresses that we had chosen were not available at the store but Liz showed us other items which proved suitable for our needs. All in all we were very happy with the service we received- we were even offered a coffee!

As we do not purchase items of this value without seeing them first, we were pleasantly surprised to be shown one in store. The sales person (Michelle) was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The item (sofa bed) was demonstrated and we were invited to try operating the item before purchasing.

on entering the store michelle, greeted us with a smile and an hello, see came over and asked is there anything we needed, she shown us around the store explaining all the different bed and matresess available, michelle offered us a cup of tea or coffee, while we all went through the purchase, very pleasant lady,

The sales assistant was so helpful and made me a cup of tea and showed me to the loos. She took the time to listen to what I needed but wasn’t pushy in any way. She had some ideas I hadn’t thought of and was just generally very lovely

The salesman was extremely helpful as soon as we walked in but we said we did not need his help but each time we needed his assistance he came straight over to us and was very knowledgeable. Our intention was to look in Dreams and then pop over to Bensons before making a decision but we were so satisfied with the goods and the service we placed our order immediately.The gentleman let us try pillows on the bed we opted for so we could decide on the pillows to buy. All in all a very pleasant experience

Great product and great service

The description of matresses, choice of frames, clarity of of price and patience and knowledge of the lady that served us was outstanding. I lay on every bed in the shop that was available as a single.

The visit was excellent from start to finish
