Dreams - Stockport

We came to dreams while looking for a new mattress and the staff were very good and friendly we found the mattress and purchased it at what we thought at the time was a good price at £649.00 today the same mattress has gone to £519.00 it was the jacob d pocket spring but we still enjoyed the experience

We were highly satisfied with the whole experience at this Dreams store because everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently by an assistant who knew what she was talking about.

Good assistant. Not pushy but imparted enough knowledge to inform us before purchase.

We visited other mattress stores before dreams and found the sales people very rude and pushy. At dreams they were very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy but helped when we needed them.

Staff were great, used the machine to determine which mattress would best suit us and we were shown which mattresses were available. Very happy with results.

Kaz was an absolute gem. He’s helped me choose what I needed and was really patient with me whilst I was indecisive.

Michelle our assistant was excellent, she listened to us and gave us space to look and make a decision.

Store assistants extremely helpful and very attentive. Very patient and understood what I was looking for. They didn’t pressurise me or try to oversell anything Very impressed with covid measures (The store was a little bit hot because the heater was on full)

Tas and Michelle were very helpful, professional and lovely. We needed a mattress before Christmas, they worked hard to get this for me and kept me posted at every stage. Thank you.
