Michelle approach us after only a few seconds of browsing. Not with a sell attitude but with a friendly offer of a tea or coffee, we were back footed, never had this before. Within minutes she was back with our exact order and after a few questions, offered us your instore Sleepmatch Service. It was a brilliant service, so easy to use and Michelle chatted easily about all the various offers in store whilst finding out our specific needs today. She had a such a friendly approach and made us feel so relaxed, coats off coffee in hand and lying on each bed as we walked around the show room. When we come to make our decision, Michelle excused herself so we could talk in private, but it didn’t take long as we already had all of our questions answered. We were both happy to that we had a 40 day return offer, to change our mattress or get a refund. Delivery and all details taken, we paid and felt we’d just had a coffee with a friend, trustworthy and knowledgeable

Overall I was highly satisfied with the knowledge and assistance from the sales staff. Whilst the variety of bed frames was not a big selection, the mattress and pillow was. The sales assistant was very helpful and a large amount of knowledge on the products I was looking for.

We were served by Liz at the Stockport branch (187) who was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and kind. She had a wonderful sales technique and made us feel comfortable and welcome during our time in the store. She helped us with our bed selection by walking us through the bed testing device so we were able to find the perfect mattress for both myself and my sleeping partner, as the machine called him! There was a great range available in the branch for us to try and nothing was too much trouble. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and one we would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a bed or a mattress. The bed and mattress which we eventually selected, with Liz's expert help and guidance, will be a fantastic way to complete the bedroom in our new, first home together.

The sales staff did not bother us well we looked around the store. When asked a question they were on hand to help and gave the information we required.

We were greeting quite quickly when entering the store but left to browse. The sales assistant left a good amount of time before approaching me again to ask if I required help. She offered me a drink and helped me to decide on a suitable mattress by offering the use of the mattress testing machine.

The store layout made it easy for us to find what we were looking for, and the prices were easily displayed for effortless comparison. Also, the staff member that assisted us went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied (we had concerns about whether the product would fit through our doors - it did!).

Found the right product. Compared several different beds and chose the right one for us. Over two different payment methods. Chose finance very easy to arrange

We were at the Stockport Store and Lauren helped us. My mother is nearly 86 years old and a little confused. We explained to Lauren what we wanted and she gave us valuable information to make decisions, with products and prices. She guided us to make the appropriate choices which could have been very confusing and stressful. We left the store within a hour and a half very satisfied.
