Michelle ,explained everything and was quite knowledgeable ,we bought our bed from you and we needed,to replace just the mattresses ,Michelle answered questions asked ,she was also knowledgeable

I had looked online but wanted to see the beds in real life....so to speak. The assistant was really nice and helpful.

The store manager greeted me and asked what I was looking for and I felt she really listened to my needs. she showed me the sleep testing machine to determine my mattress needs and this really helped narrow down the options, within my budget. She also got me and my mum a cup of tea whilst I tried out the beds and gave me time to make a decision I was happy with. Additionally, she explained the delivery options and that I could change the date if needed. I was happy with my purchase and confident my needs had been met.

Michelle was very friendly, helpful and efficient. She had a great knowledge of the products and was able to advise us of our needs.

Michelle in the store helped us to understand which mattress might work best for us. We used the test bed (sorry not sure what it's called) to understand this better. Michelle was really friendly and helpful. She understood our budget and showed us mattresses that matched this. We also got a cup of tea which was a nice touch.

Attendant, Lauren, spent alot of time with us assessing our needs and advizing us. Appreciated the assessment bed that enables us to realize what our particular requirements are. Very informative and useful.

We were served by Lauren at the Stockport show room ,she explained everything we needed to know and left us alone after bringing us a cup of tea and coffee, she was there to answer all our questions and we were very happy with the experience.

Both Liz and the Store Manager were great - very friendly and helpful but not pushy, they gave advice when needed but let us take our time to really get the feel of the beds, which enabled us to hopefully make the right choice. Enjoyed our experience at Dreams

Price ok product looked ok would have liked guicker del shouldn't have to wait 2week in this day and age
