I was very impressed with the product advice and friendliness of Liz who looked after us today.At no point did we feel pressurised but she was on hand to answer all my questions.The products were each explaind thoroughly to us as we were not sure exactly what we were looking for and we were told about the 40 day exchange if we were not happy with our purchase.We bought an item in the sale and the price was fantastic for the product.

Very satisfied with the large range of beds to try out in store. Very happy with the fact that we were able to qualify for the half price sale. Very happy Dreams were able to arrange to dispose of old mattress. The assistant Lauren was very helpful and not pushy at all. She was on hand when we needed any advice or assistance. Even provided a new pillow to lie on to try each bed for comfort. Bed arrived at the time stated and on the day. Delivery people were very quick and efficient. I will use Dreams again, most certainly.

Really nice staff that were happy to help and display their knowledge. Really nice people. Also offered a free set of 4 pillows which was a fantastic addition to buying a mattress.
