We specifically came back to Dreams in Stockport and spoke with Liz as she had assisted us with a mattress purchase the previous month, and as we were completely satisfied with her help and advice before we decided to return to see her again today. The store is large, light and airy, which makes it a pleasure to be in - there is a fantastic range of goods on display - the staff are all so pleasant and friendly, and they make a very good cup of coffee for their customers too. I love the quality of goods at Dreams and there is never any pressure from the sales assistants in Stockport store. This store will always be my first port of call for beds, mattresses and pillows in future and I would always highly recommend it to friends and family etc. who I know are looking for new beds.

Liz was welcoming when we arrived; made herself available without being too pushy or in ourface; offered knowledgeable advice and suggestions; and offered drinks 😊

Because Lauren listened to our needs. Fully explained our options and didn't put any pressure on us. She was a perfect sales person oh, and made a lovely cup of coffee!

Entered the store and was allowed to look around the store without being pressured to buy. When we saw something we were interested in buying the assistant was very helpful. Talked through delivery date which is this Thursday and will take old one a away. This is the only place to buy beds and mattresses my experience has always been fantastic. Thank you

Dropped into store to just check on prices of a king size and double mattress. Was greeted by Liz, she gave us the run down on possible mattresses that fulfilled our request and needs. We were offered and made a coffee while we browsed, very nice touch. Very happy with the price and quality of the mattresses, we bought the two we required there and then. Offered a really good delivery date. Quality service, hope the delivery is up to the same standard, sure it will be.
