I had a definite idea of price : sales advisor was knowledgable, friendly, courteous and didnt try to 'upsell' products that I wouldn't have been interested in. I was clear about what I wanted and she was able to offer me a range of products within my price range.

The staff are excellent in Stockport branch. Nothing is too much trouble for them. And they made me a cup of tea. Great touch.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and even swapped the mattress we wanted onto the base we wanted to allow us to try them together

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated very well, we were offered a drink and asked what we were looking for. The staff member Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgable and got us to try the machine for matching our mattress which was great as we had no idea what kind of matress was suitable. After this he had us try some mattresses and explained in great detail the different styles and designs which helped us with choosing our favourite one. Michael assisted us from start to finish very professionally despite being the only member of staff in the shop at the time with several people coming and going. It was for this reason we purchased all the bedding and pillows to go with our new bed and also replacement duvets and covers for 3 single beds. We were extremely impressed with the personable and professional service we received and will definitely shop there again.

Elizabeth who helped us was brilliant. She allowed us space to make decisions and pass comment to my partner without feeling like she was just waiting for a decision and an order. She actively listened to our concerns and desires and tried her best to make suggestions that fitted what we were after. She was friendly, offered us refreshments whilst choosing items and kept us informed of the whole process!
