Michael was really cheery and helpful FROm the Stockport store.

Suzanne who served us very very friendly and helpful and got us set up on the machine to determine which mattress would suit our needs, but I liked the fact she knew the products as I had a list of mattress' I wanted to try and she knew where they were in the store.

We loved the technology of the bed that we out our details into & lay on. The store assistant was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He made us a coffee & made is feel very welcome

Lauren took the time to listen to my needs and advised me which were the most suitable mattresses for me. I found one which seems to cover all the bases and I am looking forward to putting it to the test, and having a good nights sleep.

Your IT system failed so could not complete purchase. Employee phoned and I paid over the phone later in the day.

I was approached by a member of staff as soon as I walked in. She understood my needs and was able to guide me appropriately. She knew the products well and made me feel at ease.

Staff were excellent- products were displayed well, staff were knowledgable and helped me to choose easily. Prices were as expected. I collected my items on purchase so no delivery involved.
