The assistant was extremely helpful. Began by explaining how to choose our mattress and left us to it to try as many as we liked without feeling rushed or pressured. She applied her knowledge when we asked for it and she obviously knows what's she doing and was good at explaining the products.

Staff were great. All 3 members of staff helped me decide to pick the correct mattress

We were greeted on entrance and offered a hot drink. At no time were we put under pressure to buy a bed. Michelle was very helpful

We went to look at beds on Monday, store was in disarray due to refurbishment. Michelle was very helpful, friendly and approachable and also knew where the the stock was we were interested in. We returned Friday, Michelle remembered us and we were easily able to purchase a bed and mattress with the delivery date we were looking for. The store now looks clean, inviting and informative.

Elizabeth was very helpful and knowledgeable

The two ladys which were on shift serving were very friendly and comforting they even stayed later to complete my purchase. They was very welcoming and helped me and my partner find our dream bed.

As we came into the store Michelle spoke to us and asked us would we like drink she then showed us the beds and requirements and explain about the prouduct

We went to purchase a new bed and came away with doing so . The choice , the comfort and ease of trying out beds /mattresses was amazing , also the testing system of finding a perfect selection of mattresses for me and my partner was great . So pleased . Also , the member of staff who dealt with us was brilliant and gave us all the info we asked for and much much more . A brilliant experience of choosing an expensive but very important bed . Thanks

We were allowed to browse on our own and only asked for assistance when we needed it, felt no pressure. Elizabeth was wonderful, she listed to what I wanted and it resulted in a sale.
