Wanting a daybed for my son and the store assistant were both friendly and helpful to my needs

All staff colleagues were exceptionally friendly and helpful

We received excellent service from mike and will recommend your company and store to my family and friends

Colleague's name was Michelle. Her customer service was excellent as was her product knowledge. We were given loads of options and plenty of time to make the right decision. Overall a very refreshing experience with no pressure.

On entering the store we were greeted by Lauren who asked if she could help. We were directed to view products while she made us a cup of tea . We were left to decide then just had to wave when We were ready to purchase no pressure sales but aware ofus

Michelle was extremely helpful and friendly, but not at all intrusive. She was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. We had two visits to the store in Stockport. On each occasion she offered us a hot drink which was very welcome.
