Very friendly and patient staff. Light and airy showroom.

Excellent assistance from Liz who listened to our needs and requirements for a new bed and mattress. She advised us thoroughly on the machine for choosing the right mattress and then assisted us with finding the results in store in order we could try them to make a decision. She also provided us with pillows to try which we proceeded to buy as an extra. She was very knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful throughout our visit.

Your colleague Liz was very friendly and helpful, and very hospitable. It was lovely to have a cup of tea while we making our choice. She explained how the sleep machine worked and helped us to make the best choice for us, in our own time. Our delivery slot is perfect, no long wait. I hope we are as satisfied when we receive the bed next week.

Liz was very helpful and knowledgeable and felt she had our best interest at heart and very committed to doing a good service so we had the best bed to suit us at the right price. Did not feel under any pressure

Products available in branch to see and touch (texture/softness etc). Good prices (even better in sale). All information about available sizes/materials clearly displayed. Knowledgeable and helpful staff (but they didn't interfere/be pushy). We were served mostly by Liz and also Michelle (Stockport branch).
