The lady I spoke to was great! She explained all the different types of mattresses and which level of comfort suited me best. She was very happy and engaging and made the whole process very straightforward and easy.

The staff were really friendly polite and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble I felt really at ease trying the beds definitely shop at dreams stockport again 🥰🥰

Great customer service and great choice of products, mattress we wanted unfortunately wasnt available but we were recommended an alternative which we were very happy with. The bed is gorgeous and cant wait to receive it.

The staff who served me were absolutely amazing this is my first time buying a bed and my first time in a dreams store, and it was an amazing, got the bed I wanted I almost payed for a cheap mattress that I only wanted because it was cheap but the manager did her job beautifully and showed me that it’s about the comfort, and i now have the most comfortable mattress I could of gone for, she explain how finance works and reassured me and made the process so much easier this woman deserves all the credit her service was 5 star and is an amazing manager so thank you to Michelle
