Having moved in to a new unfurnished flat at the age of 21 I had a lot of outgoings all at once and finding the best deals was necessary for me. I found a bed+mattress online for £200, I knew I couldn’t expect the world but when it arrived I could have just cried. I rushed over to dreams not expecting anything like the service I received. I was desperate for just a mattress so I could just get a good nights rest. The lovely and kind lady who took care of me could obviously see I was in some distress, offered me a drink and calmed me down, she talked me through everything available, what the best mattresses could be for myself, really knowledgeable. After I’d taken a seat she suggested having a look around some of the beds just so I had an idea for the future and mentioned that financing was also available. Anyway, after doing so I am pleased to say that I walked away with a mattress, ottoman bed frame and mattress protector all with a great deal, a great experience and a huge smile on my face whilst fighting back the tears of just how helpful and kind this lady had treat me. Thank you so much, absolutely outstanding customer service.

I had a feeling I knew what I wanted. My wife wanted some reassurance. We both went to the Dreams store in Stockport and we were welcomed by a lovely lady called Lauren. Her service was impeccable. After deciding what we both wanted we commenced with the sale with Lauren. Really couldn’t fault her.

The lady serving us was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

The assistant was helpful from start to finish with selecting products and arranging delivery the overall experience was made easy which was perfect

Very quick service, love the bed tester. Lots of options and at the ned of the dy no pressure to go either way on the options.

I have used Dreams several times before and on each occasion I had a good experience and I have been more than satisfied with the items I have purchased. I was not disappointed this time either. Thank you dreams.
