Dreams - Stockport

We have been shopping around for a Tempur mattress after seeing the Original Elite on Special Buy with John Lewis. Our experience with John Lewis was abysmal, the customer service was lacking and it was very difficult to get answers to our questions. We visited the Dreams Stockport store after having had a bad experience only an hour before at John Lewis Cheadle. The difference in the two experiences was astounding. The staff at dreams, especially the staff member we spoke to (Kas), were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Kas either knew all the answers to our questions or took the time to find out. Ultimately we were happy to pay almost £200 more because the service at dreams was so helpful. We were given the time and support to feel we’d made the right purchase and are really excited to receive our new mattress!

Pleasant greeting by the salesman who seemed to be very knowable about the products and made choices re the product after taking account of our requirements. Although we were not in store for long, he was patient and attentive.

Everything we need during our visit Is catered for we didn’t have a second thought of purchasing the bed we want and the mattress we need which we normally do shop around getting a good deal, in dreams for me you have it all . Looking forward for a good night sleep and hopefully with our new mattress we will wake up free from aches and pain .. Thank your and Happy New Year x

The Consultant approach us immediately that we entered and looked at a bed. He was polite and asked if we would like some help or were we just browsing? When we said we wanted to look for a bed, he took us to the bed which helps decide which mattress was best for us. He explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what to expect.After helping us choose the mattress, he went the extra mile for me on the frame, asking a friend to send a photo of the bed in Grey as the one on show was beige! He was knowledgeable, friendly and good sales without being pushy. Highly recommend.
