Dreams - Stockport

We have been shopping around for a Tempur mattress after seeing the Original Elite on Special Buy with John Lewis. Our experience with John Lewis was abysmal, the customer service was lacking and it was very difficult to get answers to our questions. We visited the Dreams Stockport store after having had a bad experience only an hour before at John Lewis Cheadle. The difference in the two experiences was astounding. The staff at dreams, especially the staff member we spoke to (Kas), were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Kas either knew all the answers to our questions or took the time to find out. Ultimately we were happy to pay almost £200 more because the service at dreams was so helpful. We were given the time and support to feel we’d made the right purchase and are really excited to receive our new mattress!

Pleasant greeting by the salesman who seemed to be very knowable about the products and made choices re the product after taking account of our requirements. Although we were not in store for long, he was patient and attentive.

Everything we need during our visit Is catered for we didn’t have a second thought of purchasing the bed we want and the mattress we need which we normally do shop around getting a good deal, in dreams for me you have it all . The dreams colleague Michelle was so kind and helpful and very accommodating, she made our experience of dreams so lovely and she even was helping with our son while we were testing out the beds so very helpful

Very friendly attentive knowledgeable staff made the whole experience very enjoyable. No pressure to decide, plenty of options and good sale price on Tempur mattress ( very competitive) Really good experience.

The moment we walk in to the store assistance immediately available and show us the bed frame we want and help us to find the right mattress we need Kas really take care of us .
