Very friendly knowledgeable staff., very pleasant shopping experience

Assistant was very attentive. We took part in the bed 🛌 machine which helped tailor what we needed and also an enjoyable experience. Offered tea or coffee and given time to test the beds. Also giving us our pillows to test the beds was a thoughtful and cleanly idea. Purchasing the product was a quick and straightforward process.

The range of mattresses to try was impressive. The customer service advisor was very knowledgeable and helped greatly with reaching a decision. The electronic bed scanner was very impressive.

Couldn't fault the service from Kas. He was really helpful and full of advice to help us choose the right bed and mattress. Was excellent with the kids and keeping them occupied while we chose the bed and mattress.

My husband and I went in to choose a mattress at the Stockport store, the sales assistant that dealt with us was friendly, informative and was not pushy at all, which is what we look for and like in our shopping experience.

We had the most amazing service from the manager Michelle. She couldn’t do enough to help us and get exactly what we wanted. It cheered my day up! What a lovely person and amazing manager. She was passionate about Dreams and also about getting what we needed as a customer. I will be going back to Dreams for sure for all of my beds and bedding etc. The service was second to none and I really haven’t felt that good in a long time due to your manager Michelle. I can’t stress enough how good / helpful / kind she was.

the sales assistant was extremely friendly & apologised for the wait as the 2 assistants were already dealing with other customers. When ordering the bed the sales assistant was very professional & efficient in arranging my order.
