I was left to browse and was then asked if I required any help or advise by Kassam. He suggested the use of the Sleepmatch which I agreed to he offered me a coffee and explained how Sleepmatch worked.

Every body in the shop was really helpfull my son has special needs and everybody who worked there was really going it if there way to talk to him and make sure he was comfortable couldn’t of thanked them anymore I was apple to shop for a bed knowing he was happier colouring in with a member of staff xx

Hi I still have my last bed from Dreams , I think the layout is great as soon as you go into the shop The staff were very good especially Kas , it’s so important to have people who smile today All I can say ,just hope it’s delivered on time

We were greeted on arrival by Kas. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our time spent in store. We were offered the use off the Sleepmatch technology machine and while using it, Kas went off to make us a coffee. He then showed us the mattresses best suited to us. He advised us to spend time lying on them (in our preferred sleep positions) so that we could get a good idea how each mattress felt. Best bed buying experience I've had. There was no rush and we didn't feel pressured into buying.

Went into the Stockport store looking for a mattress I previously purchased. Couldn’t find it so asked Kas to help me he found my details on the system straight away and was happy to help. The one I previously bought wasn’t sold there anymore so I was shown an alternative and shown the medium and firm and then decided. It was such a smooth transaction from start to finish. Kas was polite helpful and carried the mattress to the car! Great service overall.

Had seen a bed online , went to see it . Got good advice on products . So just waiting to get my bed , a 9 day wait I think is good works well for me.
