The staff were warm, friendly and professional. They could see I was hot and gave me a bottle of lovely cold water. Both staff interacted well and really listened to my needs.

The store had all the appropriate social distancing and sanitising measures in place. Julia greeted us and took the time to understand what I was looking for, the space restrictions my bedroom and my budget and worked with me to find the best product. John, the store manager, provided us with bottled water and ensured through Julia that we got the best deal for the bed and mattress bought. Feel extremely pleased with my purchase. Thank you!
