The young lady that seen to our needs was very patient and professional. She took time with my wife to make sure that she would get the Mattress that suited her needs. She let her try the test bed before showing her the mattresses in stock. She could not have been any more interested in my wife's needs. After she let her try two or three mattresses my decided on one. Karen was that young lady's name. She is a credit to your company. Not pushy, not condescending just a very polite manner. We will certainly return to Dreams if we need any more mattresses. I would like to say thanks to Karen and hope that my message is passed on to her.

We went in looking for a single bed and was approached by Julia she was helpful from the start listened to our needs and directed us in the right direction. There was no hard sale and we felt very comfortable with that, we ended up buying a more expensive bed. Will defenently be back. Thankyou for your help Julia in the stirling store.

The young girl was very helpful and nothing was a problem to her .returned to buy the bed and she was day off , but the lady that served me was just as helpful . Definitely return again with the excellent service we received.Thankyou again

The sales assistant ‘Julia’ had the perfect balance of assisting and providing information ambit not overbearing or looking over your shoulders she allowed space to think and consider whilst always on hand if something required

Although end to end it took quite a long time I was satisfied with the service and the product. The earliest delivery date offered was just over 2 weeks which is fine - I’d have liked it sooner!
