Dreams - Stirling

From the moment we entered Dreams store the staff were very welcoming and polite. Luana offered us the opportunity to use the sleep match service which we did and we were very impressed. We were given pillows to use on the various beds we tried throughout the store. Luana was very friendly and knowledgeable especially as she had only been working there for a short while. She answered any questions that we asked and we were given the opportunity to look at any of the other beds throughout the store. She offered us a drink of water and gave us sufficient time to discuss the beds privately. We did select one of the beds recommended by the sleep match machine and came back the following day to place our order. Luana was there the following day and we dealt with her again. Overall we received excellent service thank you.

Karen the store manager was very helpful in finding us a bed. We also got a great price on what we were looking for and unlike other places we did not fell pressured in to making a decision. I will definitely recommend Dreams

Good knowledge from sales team, plenty stock to view. Gave us time to consider options. Delivery time offered was much quicker than expected.

Sales assistant wasn’t long started but friendly & knowledgable, she made the sale easy for us while in shop …. store manager helped her & said well done a few times to sales assistant ….

I am disabled and have different needs to other people, but Julia really helped with that and seemed to understand what we were looking for, and she was very helpful with everything, and took her time to answer our questions we had about my disability needs,

Julia is possibly the best assistance in a shop I’ve ever had . So helpful and understanding and knowledgeable

Staff very knowledgeable about products, listened to our needs. We were able to try differing mattresses in order to make an assessed choice.
