When I went into the shop originally we were approached instantly by a member of staff offering their help and assistance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A few days later I returned as I decided I wanted the mattress that was recommended. The process was very efficient and we were offered cold bottles of water as we placed our ordered which I think was a lovely gesture.
