As soon as we entered the store the store assistant approached us and asked if we'd like help. She really did listen to what we were looking for and made good suggestions.

Friendly assistance was provided as soon as we walked through the door. We were shown the bed simulator which was great and along with the assistance, we found the best suited mattress and pillows for us!
