Store was lovely and clean and had the mattress we were exactly looking for which was a major bonus! Very easy purchase.

The assistant was very helpful but not overpowering she had great knowledge of the products she also asked what we were looking for etc and directed us to the product we asked for.

Friendly and very knowledgable assitant and in the end a mattress that we hope to be very happy with. Also the fact that we get 40 nights to test the bed. That is important as we had a bad experience on our last mattress purchase elsewhere.

As soon as I walked in I was approached by Michelle who was really friendly and immediately asked if she could assist me. She encouraged me to try out the mattresses and gave me a pillow. She made me feel very comfortable about lying down and really seeing if the mattress I was interested in was comfortable. This really helped as it can be pretty awkward lying down and getting comfy in front of strangers & in a public space! I really appreciated this. She also recognised that it was a warm day and offered me a bottle of water which I readily took. One I decided on the mattress I wanted, she took me through the checkout process and answered all my questions.

From entering the store karen was absolutely fantastic. Took her time to explain things and really knew her stuff

Visited Dreams Stirling welcoming staff, helpful without being pushy. Shown a variety of products that would be suitable and shown samples of headboard coverings. Explained that bolts came with the product. Offered water and a seat to which was gratefully accepted. Given a date of delivery and explained a 3 hour window would be given prior to delivery. Friendly ,professional staff ,served by Michele but all staff friendly. An enjoyable trip out !!
