The assistant greeted me as soon as I entered the store, listened to what I required and led me to various options without pressing or pushing me into a decision. Told me I could take as long I wished to ensure I was happy with my decision.

Met by a very cheerful salesman who listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted, outlining any other suitable alternatives. Great stock knowledge and a great personality. Perfect for the job in every way. Haven't taken delivery yet so unable to comment on the product but it looked great in the showroom and was exactly waht we were looking for.

Primarily because Roy the Store Manager was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and gave sound advice. He wasn’t pushy and was clearly indifferent to whatever product we bought. The experience felt like he just wanted us to have the best product for our budget with no bias. Excellent experience

Whilst we didn't go out to buy a mattress we just called in to have a look, but your staff were really helpful and considerate of our needs, and your product was one of the best we have looked at over the last few months. The ordering was easy, delivery came on time and the delivery drivers were excellent. We can only say we had a really good shopping experience with Dreams.

Mandy the sales assistant was engaging and chatty. There was no pressure in terms of the different mattresses I was trying.
