Product presentation and understanding by staff as to what our requirements were. Diagnostic facilities to enable analysis of beds most suitable for us as a couple. Efficiency and professional approach by sales person who had a very pleasant approach to selecting the product. fast and smooth process to establish delivery times and paying for product.

as soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by a friendly male member of staff - Nicky [Nicholas] - who quickly and efficiently showed us to the items we were looking for and explained and demonstrated about the product. We were also offered a bottle of water each, although declined, was much appreciated. Purchasing the product and explanations about delivery were expertly handled by Nicky. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish.
