The simulator to assess what mattress would be right for us made us feel very well looked after, and the sales assistant took time taking us to each mattress and letting us make the decision ourselves without pressuring us or trying to force us to get an expensive one out of our price range.

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by Kathy. Offered a bottle of water and continued to inform us of the dream mattress. We were not disappointed. The whole experience of shopping at dreams means that we will return. Thank you Kathy

The two ladies in the shop, Kathy and Mandy were very helpful. Initially Kathy greeted me and asked what I was looking for. She invited me to try out the bed scanning machine to help find the most suitable mattress for me. After this I was taken around the store with a pillow and invited to try out several mattresses. I was given ample time to try and choose the one I wanted. I was then taken to the computer area asked if I would like a cold bottle of water. Kathy and Mandy then both advised on the best pillow for my requirements. I felt that the whole experience from beginning to end was a very pleasant one. Will definitely recommend to others and certainly will go back there when I need a replacement. We'll done Ladies at Stevenage store!!!

I popped in on Saturday 12th March and when I went back on Sunday 13th March, Roy recognised me and even the bed I was looking at. A really enjoyable, friendly and professional experience, just how shopping should be.

Excellent service by Roy during our initial visit. Great product knowledge, explained well the Findings from the mattress test. Came across interested, really happy to help and same on my return the next day to buy the products
