Assistant was very knowledgeable, professional and not in the least pushy. Answered our questions, showed us several choices, after being analysed by "the bed" and also offered to leave us to discuss our choice.

The sales assistant (an Iranian lady) tried to do the best for me- I was buying a bed for a church member who has a back problem and as a charity we had limited funds- but she helped as much as she could

Assistant very helpful and appeared knowledgeable. Allowed us space and time to try different mattresses which allowed us to feel we had fully assessed our requirements and made the best decision. Head sheets provided to allow us to lie on different styles of mattress and maintain hygiene. We were directed to the 'test bed' which assessed our ideal mattress firmness. All in all a good purchase experience which resulted in our purchase.
