Dreams - Stevenage

I was extremely happy with my visit to the stevenage store. I was greeted politely when I walked in. The salesman Graeme was very friendly,polite and not at all pushy. I found him very knowledgeable in regards to the beds and mattresses that you hold in that store.

I was very satisfied with the colleague's level of attention they gave us, as I felt like she understood my issues with regards to back pain and spinal alignment. I really wanted to go for a soft tempur initially because I loved the sinking feeling, but she did bring up the fact that my spine wasn't aligned on the bed which I believe can cause back pain. I also really appreciated that she didn't rush us on our choice as we did decide to go home for the day and sleeping on it.

Alex had full knowledge of products available. He also spent time checking what my needs were and gave time to advising me as i went through the different options for the correct bed frame and the most suitable mattress

We walked into the store with no intention of buying that day. We were met by Graeme at the Stevenage store who knew we were browsing but still took all his time with us and no pressure. A good listener and let us try the sleep machine. He found the perfect mattresses from the sleep machine and once settled with the Grayson, we decided it's what we needed. We then realised our bed frame was no good so again browsing and found the perfect frame. In fact Graeme mentioned my eyes were popping out as we fell in love with it. He made arrangements with us for measurements and further details and always on hand at the end of the phone. He found a deal that we are delighted with, arranged delivery with no complications and explained everything throughout. We will also be returning for the super pillows that he showed us and our eyes are on a bedside cabinet with usb. A perfect gentleman, a perfect sale and very happy customers
