I found the sleep match machine absolutely brilliant. Saved time wondering round aimlessly. Meena was exceptional and her expertise really helped with my decision. I would definitely recommend the store, but Meena sold it for me. A wonderful, friendly human being.

Staff member Mina who served us was so friendly she offered us a drink. She helped us in choosing products we were looking for, looked into our individual needs and showed interest. She had very good knowledge in all the products on offer, and supported us to make the best decision for our own individual requirements. She had lovely character had nice conversation which made you feel at ease. Thank you.

The lady that served me, and the rest of the team were lovely. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right bed for me. The mattress and frame were in a sale and I felt very good value for money. The staff were all very friendly, without being the least bit insincere. They made me two cups of coffee and I had a great chat to the team whilst my bed order was being processed. The other staff (not directly serving me) were very professional, and whilst chatty, kept a very good eye for new customers coming and ensuring they were offered help. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this Dreams to friends and colleagues.

Susan was excellent in product knowledge and help, we bought a double bed and mattress from her last year, she was as helpful as last time and we are very satisfied with the bed and mattress.
