the young lady that serverd us was extreamly pleasent and knowlegable about the products and took time with us to explain the differences of the various products. The whole experence was very pleasent. The shop was clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble We will certainly reccomend the shop to others and use the shop again for our own needs.

Great customer service. We visited the store multiple times. My partner alone first then I visited after. The staff recalled his visit and were able to show me what he had viewed. We were offered drinks and spoken to about what we needed.

I was led straight to what I asked for and given various options and good advice on the practicality of different mattresses. The trundle bed was opened up straight away so that I could see what it looked like

The staff member was so friendly and helpful she went above and beyond to ensure we left the store with exactly what we were looking for and some freebies too. She listened to our needs and spent time searching in the store room for what we specified we needed and gave us a great price for an item that is definitely outstanding quality.

Really helpful staff explained every mattress that was suitable for us sally explained the difference between gel and memory foam toppers the lead time on the mattress was really quick

From the minute we walked into the store the staff was friendly and very helpful. I told Sally I was on a Budget because I am off work with long covid and only on sick pay. she help us out and show us what we could get for are budget. We are very happy with our Purchase. We will differentiate use the shop again.
