I dealt with a lady called Susan. She was absolutely brilliant. I’d had an IKEA mattress delivered & it was awful! Rock hard & it stank. I needed to get a new one. I went into the Stafford Branch & was approached by Susan. She listened to my requests. I wanted a spring mattress, with natural fillings & one ideally which had no smell! And she found the PERFECT mattress for me! She gave me a great discount as well. Top customer service. She wasn’t pushy or anything. Just listened to my needs & delivered. Oh & the mattress is so comfortable! 10/10. Please pass this feedback onto Susan’s line manager. She was fantastic

we were greeted by a very friendly lady called Mina, straight away she asked about our needs and used the sleep match to help with our search, she had great knowledge of what we needed for out of our mattress. I felt very comfortable and helped us with finding the right pillows! She really is a credit to the stafford team along with the other lady that was in store with her (didn’t catch her name) they were fab and chatty! Thanks ladies!

Was made to feel comfortable and sue was so helpful. Didn't feel rushed and was given time to consider my options. Made very welcome. Couldn't have asked for more. No pressure selling either. Excellent.

The lady that greeted us was very nice and friendly asking how we are. I was complimented on my dress. They asked if we needed any assistance, and we said we were just looking. As we looked around, they asked us again and again if we were okay and if we needed anything. They were really kind and when we went to buy, they were really helpful and did the whole process really quickly
