The customer service was excellent and we were offered a range of mattresses to try with additional pillows. There was no pressure to buy and the employee took into account our budget and helped us find the best deal.

Keith at kew Southport was very helpful with choosing are king size mattress, He showed us many different one's and prices. Then we chose and bought one.

We were allowed to look at the beds and mattresses on sale and then Keith was available to give the brand and product information and thorough guidance on all products. He encouraged us to 'sample' every connotation with all the guidance we required to help maker our decision. superb experience.
