Excellent staff & quality of goods,

Chris was very informative and answered all our questions and very pleasant and courteous

The assistant guided us through and explained each mattress and gave my mother plenty of time to make her choice. The mattress appeared to be a very good quality and was comfortable when she tried it.

We walked in to the shop and didn’t know were to start!! the very nice lady came to us and asked if we knew what we were looking for, the answer was no so she suggested we try on the bed machine and after a few questions and lying on the bed there were some beds to try, after a while trying different ones we went back to the first one.

I had bought a bed from Dreams recently, but I know needed a bed head. It was the logical place to go

Good choice of beds and mattress to choose from able to take our time to choose from salesman gave us ALL the different 0ptions no heavy sales push very very pleased

I was very well looked after by your assistant Ann who did not rush me and let me try various beds and pillows to see what suited me best.I had previously been to Benson's but found dealing with your sales assistants much better experience.Being an ex salesman myself I can be very critical of their attitude towards customers and cannot stand people trying to pressurised me.

The person who helped me choose my mattress was very helpful and polite his name was Chris he also arranged my delivery date which is very convenient for me.

From the moment we entered the store staff were on hand to help but not too overbearing. Really pleased with our shopping experience at Dreams
