Greeted by staff very friendly but not over friendly. Very knowledgeable. Left to brows the store . Staff helpful particularly Andy . Delverey team were very good, and good customer contact on the phone

GLENN AT SOUTHPORT STORE VERY HELPFUL EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BEEN A FEW TIMES TO STORE WITHOUT BUYING A MATTRESS BUT WE DID IN THE END MAINLY DUE TO HIS HELPFULLNESS AND UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE.

The sales assistant,Ann,couldn't have been more helpful. Her product knowledge was excellent. My wife has mobility problems and was given every assistance for her needs including coffee for both of us. we left the store completely satisfied.

Keith was fantastic - knowledgeable, available for advice, helpful and friendly. No-pressure selling at all times, just useful and supportive advice throughout. Offered us drinks, time to consider and talked us through multiple options. Was consistently on hand to make recommendations, but allowed us to work through the information provided at our own pace. Highly recommended.

I found the assistant to be very helpful in explaining the product to me on a visit to look around. I went back a few days later with my husband and we were served by the same gentleman who was extremely helpful and pleasant.
